We provide a comprehensive range of professional conference equipment and private spaces, along with attentive bilingual reception services. Our high-quality reception area enhances your company's corporate image. The venue is equipped with large screens, high-definition projectors, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a comfortable and discreet environment, perfect for users who prioritize privacy. Adjustments can be made based on user needs. Additionally, we carefully select high-quality catering vendors with great reviews, offering a variety of options based on your event type, including Chinese lunch boxes, Western-style meals, buffet-style snacks, catered hot dishes, and cocktails, all at various price points.

Important Notes

1.Our center offers catering services (fees are charged separately).
2.If meals are provided, an additional venue cleaning fee will apply.
3.Please adjust the audio-visual volume according to the center's guidelines when renting the space.
4.Payment must be completed in cash or via bank transfer two days prior to the venue usage; if payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
5.Reservations are required, and any changes should be communicated at least one business day before the meeting starts.

2.Regardless of whether it is a weekday or holiday, a minimum rental of 4 hours is required.
3.Overtime charges will apply for extended venue rentals.
